CHAPEL HILL & MAVERICKs GAMES
The Chapel Hill Boys Basketball Team will play at the AAC- American Airline Center Home of the Dallas Mavericks, on Tuesday November 23, 2010. Chapel Hill will play at 2:00pm and the Dallas Mavericks at 7:30pm.  The tickets, to the Mavericks game, are $31.00 each and that will get you into the Chapel Hill game. Everyone must purchase a Maverick ticket to get in the game. You may purchase tickets and a form in the boys basketball office. Please call Ron Hanks for any questions at 903-268-7089.  Make checks out to Chapel Hill Activity. The last day to purchase a ticket is Saturday, September 11, 2010.

New Vaccine Requirements
All Students entering Kindergarten through 12th Grade
Parents of students entering Kindergarten and 7th Grade
should pay special attention to the changes.
 
We at Chapel Hill ISD take very seriously the safety
and health of our students and staff.  The cleaning
staff has stepped up the cleaning process using a
germicidal  solution to clean doorknobs, faucets, and
sinks in the restrooms and the other areas of heavy
use.  Good hand washing is being encouraged by
posters, education and frequent reminders, etc during
the day.  We encourage any questions you have to be
directed to the school nurse, Rhonda Willson, LVN, at
903-572-4586, ext 360.

*New UIL District for Chapel Hill includes: Redwater, New Boston, Pewitt, Linden Kildare, Queen City, DeKalb, Hooks
(looks like we are going mostly east and north)


*TAKS results are official and look very good. We are an Exemplary School District Overall. Our Elementary is Exemplary, Junior High is Recognized and High School is Exemplary. Great work students, parents, teachers, staff, administration, school board and community !


*School Board Meeting for September is Monday the 20th at 6:30 pm

*School Board Elections are November 2nd. 7 folks have signed up for 4 available places. Becky Hand, Rick Johnson, Jon McCullough, Mark Stansell, Eliot Bo Rester, Chad Henry & Kirk Giddens. Please exercise your right to vote !

*Come out and watch our kids play Volleyball, run Cross Country or hit a Baseball....please consider joining our CHISD Booster Club.
